Aquapet Centre collects personally identifiable information (like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc.) when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request and is not sold or used in any other manner. Aquapet Centre may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.

We may do so when:

(1) permitted or required by law; or,

(2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or,

(3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.

The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Security

AquaPet Centre knows that security is very important to our clients. As such we use SSL (an internet standard) to protect our clients when they make payments through our store. We never pass credit card numbers by email or in an unsecured manner and we never store unencrypted data on this site.

We accept payments in Cash, Cash Cheques and bank transfer to our POSB Savings Account .

IMPORTANT: Be sure to supply us with your EXACT billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. ALL "bill to" addresses must be a perfect match to what your credit card issuer has on file for you. If not, this could delay your order while we contact you for the proper "bill to" address.
